1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on vip117. Registering or attempting to maintain more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vip117 will close all but one account (at vip117's sole discretion as to which account is retained) and may forfeit any bonus funds or winnings obtained through the duplicate account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

vip117 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vip117 does not apply currency conversion fees on any transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via mobile wallet; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of the selected payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on account verification status and payment method. Verified accounts receive the highest withdrawal limits available.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to the vip117 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to be credited. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed by vip117 within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule.

4.4 Player Funds

All funds deposited by players are held in accounts separate from vip117's operational funds. vip117 does not use player funds for operational purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding an account balance, vip117's records shall be the authoritative source, subject to any demonstrable error.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by vip117 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotion page, read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the applicable promotion page, all bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, contribution rates, and expiry date are disclosed on each promotion page at the time the promotion is active.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. One bonus may be claimed per promotion per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. vip117 reserves the right to revoke any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the player has abused the bonus offer, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in relation to bonus use.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's account automatically. vip117 is not obligated to notify players before bonus expiry occurs, though we endeavour to send reminder communications where technically feasible.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip117 platform. vip117 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the vip117 platform.
• Charging back a deposit transaction to your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer after the deposited funds have been used for gambling activity on the platform.
• Accessing vip117 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your true location.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing vip117 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your vip117 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your primary verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by vip117

vip117 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or at vip117's sole discretion where it determines that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or applicable legal obligations.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the vip117 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, twelve (12) months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. vip117 will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce any real-money balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

vip117 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% on an annualised basis. However, vip117 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or any other factor that may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or any part of it.

9.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. vip117 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. You acknowledge that you participate in gambling activities on vip117 entirely at your own risk and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. vip117 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.

9.3 Third-Party Content

10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

vip117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects player rights or obligations — vip117 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the vip117 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with vip117's Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms applicable to a player's account, constitute the entire agreement between the player and vip117 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
